BAXTER MEMORIAL TRAINING CENTER
- Each fighter will help serve their community by donating their time with different charities in our community such as Home of the Innocence, Wayside Christian Mission, Center for Women and Families, etc. This will help build CHARACTER.
- Each fighter from grade school to high school must maintain a B average or they will not fight for us. We will not, however, just forget these kids but provide tutoring to help keep them motivated. This will help build INTEGRITY.
- Each fighter that is over school age is encouraged to seek higher education. As we build relationships with community colleges, we can help bridge a life after boxing. This will help build LEADERSHIP.
Within the next few years we will strive to produce more world champions. Perhaps, an Olympian emerges, then a World Champion, but nothing less than superior citizens, of which the community will be proud.
As our fighters invest in the community, we ask you, the community, to invest in them.

The days of being a champion with a questionable past, are long gone. Just as we set the standards with four World Champions, we will also set the standard by setting the bar high for our fighters. The world of boxing will change with these new Ambassadors of the sport. Will you help us get there?
